Private banks, feeding off a central banking system, are the greatest parasites of them all. Bailed out when they fail, thriving when they succeed, always draining the lifeblood of society.

Why draw a distinction between commercial banks and private banks for this note? There were some private banks (Goldman, for instance) that received bailouts. But I believe it was mostly commercial banks.
How about hedge funds? That’s a pretty good example too.
All I’m saying is there are private banks that mind their own business, didn’t take bailouts and don’t have a Fed Master Account.

This is a very mich needed narrative, because while it is true and well known criticism that governments print money and cause all kinds of issues, its sadly much less widely known, that this is a bit less than half the problem
Capitalism as the world as known it for ages is essentially money printing as THE capitalist class privilege.
Bitcoin fixes this and creates a new kind of economics - similar to some theories that exist, but unthinkable in the past and so different, that it deserves a new name. "bitcoinism", which sadly not much genuine research has been done about.
It's a unique opportunity for humanity 🙂
