I feel for you. It happened to me all my life, like a huge cycle. Last time a 10y one, that I had much difficulty to detach from.
I am scared of reconnect. And when I see the patterns in people I go into a weird duality. Still healing, was a long cycle of subtle emotional abuse.
But I not loosing hope and I am in a better place. There are still good people out there. Don't loose hope, work through the triggers. Mind is tricky. But people always show you who they truly are. 🫂🫂🫂
