Yes
my pr is 221 push ups on a 20min time window and I am steady over 205 and progressing
but... I am not doing this every day.
just 4x20min session in a week.
the trick is you do the push-up with a burbee
rules are... the burpee is without jump and the push-up is strict, also the movement in and out of the burpee has to be controlled with very tight core
that's it...
perhaps the best cardiovascular and multifunctional exercise you can do with your body weight for upper body conditioning free of injuries
