With that many chicken and that many eggs you might want to research glassing the eggs.
We have 8 chickens and I get so many I can’t eat them fast enough so we are looking at glassing them our selfs. I plan on using them this winter but it has been known egg’s being glasses can last 9 months and I have heard of people up to 2 years before using them.
We drowned boiled eggs in vinegar and some seasonings, and they are still delicious a year later.
