My daughter had the same issues. It’s heartbreaking. It does get better with maturity. It’s a nasty world out there sometimes. And it starts at the top, kids that bully have parents that do the same.
Empathy is dying to a degree.

Very true, the parents of the bullies weren’t nice
Parents are just as bad as kids, or worse. The stories my school teacher and school admins tell me are wild. A lot of the time the kids that bully have very hard lives outside of school, so it's hard to be upset with them for their actions.
