Hentai culture is widely accepted

But the crime rate is astonishingly lower compared to western and Euro countries, and they've successfully eradicated the dreaded yakuza, although now the Chinese are starting their drug distro thing, but still, techno is topnotch in Japan, so techno I think, can fix some, but people can do without techno
