Replying to Avatar Parallel Structures

I have a 600 sqf concrete fallout shelter in my basement. I'm developing it into an office/gym. I really want natural light. Do I cut in a window and jeopardize it's function as a shelter? #asknostr

No. LEDs will keep getting better. I'm sure the best natural light substitute is already pretty close to the real thing now, especially if timed to match the real timing
