Great workout 🏋️‍♀️…I love implementing KB into my workouts.

Don’t get me wrong I love all the 🔔 and whistles for gym equipment.

But just like #bitcoin the simplicity of the design and function has always appealed to me with regards to the #kettlebell.

There are a lot of similar things now but he mad a ton of money 💰 with such a simple tool.
