Absolutely. Even for bouncing ideas off of. I edit everything I write for my company's newsletter.
On here, I use it once in a while. If I'm just shit posting, I don't really care, but I like having it edit my writing if I'm discussing an important point.
It does a good job of rearranging the sentence structure in a way that helps better communicate the point across.

Honestly, as long as they're your ideas, I don't see it that way.
To me, it's akin to not using a calculator because you feel like a fraud by pretending you're not mathematically a retard lol.
Book authors aren't frauds for having editors. The ones who are frauds are the people who outsource their thinking to the LLMs.
