But yes, Sparrow whirlpool breaks the mixing utxo into equal chunks, you can choose 100,000 sat or 1,000,000 sat chunks. So if you send .03100000 sats to the whirlpool, you would end up with three .01 mixed utxo and the remainder would be badbank minus the whirlpool fee.
