Thirty ghostly whispers,

Twenty-nine vampire bats,

Twenty-eight witches brewing,

Twenty-seven werewolves howling,

Twenty-six creepy crawlies,

Twenty-five scary scarecrows,

Twenty-four cobweb corners,

Twenty-three moaning spirits,

Twenty-two tombstones trembling,

Twenty-one pumpkins grinning,

Twenty eerie eyeballs,

Nineteen skeletons dancing,

Eighteen monsters mashing,

Seventeen spiders spinning,

Sixteen coffins creaking,

Fifteen phantoms flying,

Fourteen banshees shrieking,

Thirteen horrors hiding,

Twelve druids droning,

Eleven shadows stalking,

Ten ghouls a-groaning,

Nine nightmares knocking,

Eight mummies mumbling,

Seven demons dancing,

Six graves a-gaping,

Five headless horsemen,

Four calling crows,

Three black cats,

Two haunted houses,

And a crow on a bare, dead tree.
