I’m not familiar with this story, but if the suggestion is that a virus can theoretically be modified to “preferentially” attack a certain group of individuals….then he is correct.

An example would be groups of people who can be HIV+ but never progress to aids due to a modification of the gp120 CD4 co-receptor.

None the less, I don’t think RFK is without fault, for instance his stance on guns disgusts me, but at this point, look at our options.
