It’s not condescension, I’m sharing my experience. I’m from a third world country & have had psoarsis my whole life. I’ve tried everything in the US and in third world countries. Colloidal silver was one of the therapy that had side effects
Yes silver has side effects, but not if used responsibly. Using silver topically is literally the worst idea unless your creator is Gargamel.
