NOSTRGRAM UPDATE - GREATLY IMPROVED FRIENDS+ AND FOLLOWING FEEDS

Okay Nogs (I hear that's what NostrGram users should be called now -- I like it), big update to NostrGram. The Friends+ and Following feeds now load much faster and the Friends+ feed will search up to 20,000 connections (the people you follow plus the people they follow). I was hoping for 10,000 but was able to do a lot more. Who needs Global with a feed like Friends+???

The first time you load the Friends+ feed it will build your connections list. If you follow a bunch of new people you can rebuild your list by clicking the new icon on your Profile (the blue person with a plus sign).

I get "An unknown error has occurred" when I try to view friends+ when not logged in.

Also, I got logged out for some reason.

Ah yes I need to have it check if you're logged in first. Can't create a friend's list unless you're logeed in.

Nostrgram is a terrific web client with some really nice features that other clients don't have and it just keeps getting better & better. Here's a super useful one.

A great way to find more plebs. Using 'Friends+' mode shows posts from the people I follow + the people they follow.

I've set the settings to show me notes from people I follow with red borders. Notes from people who follow me but I don't yet follow have green borders and people that I don't follow and don't follow me have white borders. This is really helpful in finding good quality new nostriches.

This is just one of the many great features on Nostrgram. If you haven't yet, I strongly recommend you give it a try if you're looking for a great super customizable desktop web client. Oh, and there's an APK out there as well that I'm using on Android. Good stuff!🔥🔥

I'm using the APK in Android. Does it update or do I have to reinstall the APK for each update? Also, when on F-Droid?🙏

It should update automatically but there are some caching issues I'm dealing with so let me know if it doesn't. The APK needs more work before I submit it to Google Play but it's coming!

Appreciate that. Currently showing as version 1.0.0. Works well. Does get the message "invalid SSL Certificate" when starting up each time but doesn't seem to effect anything.

Would love fingerprint to work for unlock password. Great stuff. Really appreciate your hard work.
