Finished our first table and bench build. Excited to use what we learned on the next one. This is for us, the next will be for sale. #grownostr

Looks really nice!

Happy with how it turned out for our first one. The legs were supposed to be 4x4s but we couldn't find any locally that were non pressure treated so I had to make them out of stacked 2x4s. We took a road trip and got a dzn 4x4s the other day for the next couple projects. Also picked up a compound miter saw which will help a ton.

Just curious, why did you want non pressure treated? Will it be indoors?

We will be selling them as kitchen tables or patio tables. We want to be able to stain them and PT needs to dry for months before you can. We made it weatherproof with spar urethane after using stain with polyurethane in it also.

Ah ok, it looks very well made.

Great job! ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿงก

Thank you.

Beautiful finish

Weโ€™re looking for a table that can comfortably fit 12 like that for our new dining room. Bench on one side and chairs for the other long side.

How hard was the first one to build?

It wasn't that bad. We did it with just a skill saw, screw gun and a pocket hole jig. Would have been. Way easier if we had a workshop or even a garage and few more tools.

Wow great work is this for personal or selling ?

I guess I should have read the whole post haha I got excited ๐Ÿ˜†

Wow ๐Ÿ˜ Congratulations. She's beautiful ๐Ÿ˜๐ŸคŸ
