Radiant matter manifested as plasma but it was described by tesla as the “organic living form of electricity” as opposed to the violent crackling hot stuff we get from the wall outlet which is “made” by the destructive process of rapidly cutting magnetic fibers. How Tesla rediscovered it is an amazing story and like all great inventions it came by accident.
