The current Russian payments to top right wing influencers is still the same play book. We (the regime) have a problem with the common folk knowing the truth. Therefore we will actively try and destroy anyone and everyone who uses the internet to freely communicate their thoughts about the issues of our times. If we they are not inline with our propaganda and narrative spin.
