I do. My home is South facing. I sleep with my head in the opposite direction. But the light pierces through all the windows pretty easily, as soon as the sun begins rising.

Usually before. My days are way better when I get to watch the sun rising in the morning. I stare a it like a dumb fuck and I smile planning my day. The circadian cycle is real, it regulates the human body very well.
