Perhaps a grafted tree? The leaves in the forefront seem serrated like those of a lemon tree, but there seem to be some in the background that have noticeable wings on the twig where they attach to the branch, like those of an orange tree.

Source: my family has owned and cultivated orange and lemon orchards since time immemorial (not me or my parents anymore though, so my citrus eye is not as keen).
