I’m taking a good daily multivitamin + omega oils along with it. So far so good. I’ll post about my experience in a few weeks.

I’ve heard too many good things about it. Worth a try!

Only thing idk about is how much i should be eating. I am happy with my weight and body fat % so not trying to lose weight. Do you have any good info on that from books/articles/podcasts?
