I take it you have a visible public key to fund it, and you have to break something to get the private key.

A budget version would be a paper wallet, with a mixture of dish soap and acrylic paint covering the private keys, to be scratched of when needed.
You also have to trust the person that put the private key there, and that they don't have a copy.
