The interesting thing I found was that he sold $80 million of MSTR for $354.40 per share ATM to fund most of that.
That's a good $20 per share over spot price.

No. I only buy spot. I also don't buy Bitcoin via apps that charge stupid fees. for the purchase, for the withdraw etc. It all adds up and if you look at most apps they make a lot of money on those fees. like A LOT.
