Something I’ll definitely miss eating is Pamonha. I love corn and everything that comes from it. 😋
It is said this dish has indigenous roots but I’ve also read something about having African origins as well. It doesn’t matter where it comes from because what matters is that it’s tasty. 😄 You can find it made with sugar or salt, and today I had one that had slices of cheese inside. Pamonha matches perfectly with coffee! I remember having something similar when I was in Peru,unfortunately I don’t remember how do they call it. 😁
