why is china using using N2O4 / UDMH as fuel and oxidizer which is highly toxic? (can be stored for long periods of time and doesn't need to be hyper-cold but terrible for humans and difficult to control)

does anyone use this anymore? i thought it was 1960s fuel tech...

A lot of China's ICBM tech is based on old Soviet designs. If memory serves, they used hydrazine extensively. Good stuff!
