I am totally fascinated with NIP-05 because I see it as the key link to the non-nostr world. In the system I am building, everyone gets an nsec by default, though I don’t expose it in the UI yet. I am totally uncomfortable hosting someone’s nsec but fine with an npub so will be building the hooks to allow an npub to authorize signing for different events. I have wallet connect working and lightning login working (lud-04) now working on nsec bunker type function. When boots on the ground in Madeira I will be working on this 💯

Absolutely! While I am posting, here is a picture of the Ottawa River nearing its crest. It usually takes a month for the meltwater come down from the watershed. Other years, where my bike is now would be completely underwater.
