Someone asked me this question and I’m not 100% on the answer. Trying to verify it.
If someone is running a bitcoin node and their power goes out, will the node still be connected once it comes back on?

Yes, but sometimes bad things happen and you may need to edit some files to get it working again.
If it’s an umbrel, this helps. Different sometimes depending on OS. Not a fun time.

Been through it twice on different OS.
It should just download the latest blocks and keep on running once it powers back up.
