An underrated aspect of this is that all groups (including Hispanics that are genetically on average more White than either of the other two categories) place Whites last.
I will say though that Blacks (especially Black females) are more likely to vote for a White Democrat than a Black Republican.
Nearly all black people would vote for any Republican black rapper over Gavin newsome. Any day. Not the black news lady on TV. But the average black voter.
