How do people transfer funds to bisq? doesn't if have to come from an existing bank account?? If so, that is a link to identity.

Good question! Bisq and Bisq2 work off an escrow system AND they do not manage any fiat. They only manage Bitcoin. The software just creates a connection between the buyer and seller. Then the buyer and seller exchange the details of funding. The software just facilitates.
