Why would I read his Statist propaganda?

Bitcoin is humanity’s only hope to seperate money and state - this epoch’s single most important cause. On par with the United States being founded on separation of Church and State which for the time was the most important cause of that era. That battle was won and if you look around you’ll see it has run its course.

Spaceboi’s idea is for the State (in its current form) to harness Bitcoin to its own ends.

Bitcoiners are not here to reinforce this status quo system of nation states. We’re here to rebuild it from the ground up such that humans around the world can truly be free.

Spaceboi has no ideas that push human flourishing; his ideas are for adapting the status quo to a new paradigm and I have no interest in that whatsoever.

You literally have no idea what you are talking about because you haven"t even read it.

Yeah, that’s what Spaceboi liked to say - if you haven’t read his propaganda you can’t respond to him and those who have and disagree, got blocked all the same.

Question for you:

Are you a Bitcoiner, here to seperate money and State?

If the answer is no that’s fine, we’re simply not aligned ideologically. I’ll call you a BitcoinBug in line with my worldview and we will not find common ground.

If the answer is yes, you do want to separate money and state, then we are ideologically aligned. In that case we can have a discussion as long as you like so I can put forward my case and you can put forward yours/Spaceboi’s but we are in agreement throughout that the State shouldn’t have a monopoly on money.

Separating money and state does not mean that the state isn’t going to participate in the network

I’m not saying it’s good or bad, but any honest person understands that the government will both hold and mine Bitcoin

I’m not denying that.

My objection, and that of Bitcoiners, is the State in its current form.

We can’t just plug Bitcoin in to this fiat “nation state” system and continue this status quo.

If we are to achieve separation of money and state there will likely be a period in which this system tries to align itself to the future on Bitcoin by dominating mining (as Spaceboi wants) when they see the writing on the wall.

That doesn’t mean we Bitcoiners have to accept that as the new normal.

We should see it coming and use that as our time to go on the offensive for a new system, a better system. Not utopia, but not this status quo bullshit system either.

If we’re not ready to defeat this system we won’t. But if we’re serious about Bitcoin we will be ready and will.

Stop referring to a 36 year old grown man as “Spaceboi” 🙃

lol 😂

If Spaceboi triggers you then you should really consider why you’re listening to Spaceboi rather than Bitcoin Maxis.

it doesn’t trigger me. you don’t get to call him “spaceboi” unless you’re an admirer like Greg Foss

I’ll call him whatever I want.

Greg Foss is an even bigger fuckwit than Spaceboi with his paedophilic “for the kids” talk which is just fucking embarrassing to anyone who hears him talk.

Now what llama?

It's just about discovering what Bitcoin is. It is an angle that is unique due to his area of socialization. Just like an accountant may be most fascinated by it's "triple entry" ledger and a gold bug by it's issuance through mining, Jason looks its energy expense as a form of power in itself and extrapolates that. You cannot claim to know something when you do not without showing your own ignorance. Name calling doesn't help get your point across, so why bother typing? Your own ego? Lame.

Of all the subsects of Bitcoiners, Spaceboi fans are definitely amongst the most retarded.

Bitcoin is here to seperate money and state. Spaceboi’s thesis is to reinforce the state - its antithetical to Bitcoin.

If you don’t understand the paradox you’re engaged in then calling others ignorant is laughable.

Instead of thinking about power projection, go study political theory for a while - shit that humans have been writing about for Millenia, and how power is *actually* wielded in society.
