I post about this and I think yall think I’m joking but I genuinely am so tired of preparing and eating meals. Appetite seems suppressed. Usually that’s a sign of depression or burnout but I feel pretty ok. So hard to maintain my caloric needs. At the point I almost have to start exercising less because I cannot eat enough to keep up.

People on a low carb diet often do not consume enough calories from fat and this leads to fatigue. Add more dairy to your diet.
