i dunno he also said some things that confused me such as "all of the gold in Buckingham Palace and the Vatican being taken back by the USA and put where it rightfully belongs".
I'm no gold expert, but taking back gold seems much more difficult than running a full node.

There is a lot less friction with a full node. You would just need one or two zero day exploits. It’s a lot easier to steal Bitcoin than gold that’s for sure.
