The packages that weren't delivered im convinced the drivers stole them, I think they're shit because theyre way more lax with the drivers they hire, maybe all the staff in general. I got my money back or had replacements delivered thankfully from the actual companies I ordered from. Hermes customer service is shit they don't do anything🤣
