Do people who don’t cry often want to cry? Do they feel better after they cry? I honestly don’t know the answer.

I kind of cry quickly. I’ll get very happy and filled with joy and tear up or feel deep emotions and tear up but it will usually last for a second probably no more than a minute. I’m not sure what normal crying is. 😂
