An app where you can watch a video and people can post events set to be tied to a certain timestamp when their comment would be shown or, for highly upvoted events, a short audio clip will be played.
This way you can watch movies with a crowdsourced riff track.

What about application for podcast, where people can *highlight* the thought, post it independently and discuss.
Actually @Fountain already has this as 'clips'. But the engagement and interoperability will be better on nostr rails.
