People get freaked out by the color and think it’s raw. This is just how high quality prime rib should look.

yeah I made some the other day and had a few guests that wanted medium... I had the oven prepped at 500 and just threw a few cuts in there for a bit... also talked shit to them for ruining the meat. 🤣
