There were three people. Paul, the butcher, his wife and a friend. One of the best parts was after we hoisted the pig off the ground, Paul’s wife was so excited to eat salo that she picked a piece right off the pig and popped it in her mouth 😋
What fun! I never heard of salo before this, it sounds tasty. Its interesting to see different ways of doing things.
