Too big of an issue for individual opinion. Its to the point where psychology and sociology play a bigger role in providing clarity through science/technology, theory/hypothesis and understanding the data that is available and being examined daily. Anything less is just playing god by saying what is and what isn’t real. Especially when we all have our own experience with reality.

Well doesn’t science prove depression is real based on an individual’s dopamine levels and chemical balance of their brain? This is why phycologists exist.

Environment, lifestyle, habits, hobbys, shit the list goes on. But there are 5 levels of poverty that dictate more than we think and alot of the worlds problems and problems with the human conditions stem from them.

Depression itself is a side effect, and is a mental disease and potentially a disorder from lifestyle etc etc much like psychosis and drug use. So many factors that ultimately dictate healthy from non healthy individuals
