I’m not PayPal customer so idk! But according to the comments below it seems like you can’t withdraw (no such option)

PayPal has withdrawals… the 2 arrows button allows you to send to external address. I don’t endorse buying with PayPal, but they do have withdrawal functionality.

Is there some additional KYC you have to do or maybe some jurisdictional restriction PayPal could be doing. Maybe some users have it and others don’t based on additional actions needed on the users part?

Yeah I was asking more to anyone who said they didn’t have withdrawal. Either 1) they didn’t see the option 2) account is restricted for ${reason}
