The truth is, negotiations with Russia are high time preference nonsense. This latest massacre was completely intentional, pre-meditated, and a common event. Russian culture is irredeemable evil and needs to be wiped out, not negotiated with.

If they wanted to hit military officers, why did they use a fragmentation bomb and not a penetrator? In Kryvyi Rih a missile exploded in the air and hit civilians with shrapnel. I can give you dozens of examples of missiles flying into national museums in remote regions of ukraine. if you don't understand the issue, stay out of it.
