Garlic, onions and potatoes coming up. Still have to get the carrots, beets and squash into the open beds. This project would be a lot quicker if I didn’t have to resume the 9 to 5 tomorrow. Or sorry make that seven till five. If things work out the way they did last year I should end up with about 250 pounds of potatoes, 120 pounds of tomatoes, 30 pounds of peppers, 50 pounds of beets, 35 pounds of carrots, and 75 pounds of squash. Then whatever the onions and garlic do.
