Hell ya. I have bad/traumatic injuries to my lower half and I put (13 screws, breaks, tears, cadaver ligaments) and I still manage to hit gym/jitsu and walk at least 3 miles a day. No excuses, just actions 😎 oh, and a lot of good weed too ✌️πŸ”₯🌲

I woke up feeling motivated today , I did about 3 miles too, 250 push ups, plus squats and mountain climbers. I felt good , shitty weed and no excuses haha.
