Looks like we’re a bit ahead of our time with the Bitcoin petition for Luxembourg’s reserve currency. Guess people haven’t quite grasped the full impact of Bitcoin yet!
So far, just under 200 signatures have been collected and there are only 15 days left. I may be an optimist by nature, but sadly I'm afraid this will not lead to a successful outcome.

4500, we are at 203 with 12 days remaining! Ouch!
In my opinion, this petition is premature. It is important to consider that Luxembourgers are generally cautious about adopting new innovations, and this is particularly true for disruptive technologies like Bitcoin. I believe that the petitioner(s) should have undertaken more extensive public relations efforts. For instance, they could have requested interviews with leading media channels, distributed flyers in city center areas including a Bitcoin information pavilion, and established a proper website. Additionally, repeated announcements on platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, and local media outlets would have been beneficial for achieving a successful outcome.
