Sleeping with your phone in a different room on airplane is an underrated hack for yourself.
It’s way easier to relax while in your bedroom, you minizime the EMF’s near your head while you’re sleeping, and it won’t distract you in the morning when you’re just waking up.
Be gentle with yourself. Don’t blast yourself with blue light or a rush of people messaging you at 6am.
It’s best to go outside, look into the sky so your brain knows it’s morning, take your morning slow, & wait 2 hours before checking your phone.
That’s the way. Disziplin is the key - how do you train yours?
