To me, AI slop images make articles and videos look cheap and less trustworthy. It was fun for a while, but now it is becoming a sign of low effort, and perhaps even deceit. I predict that within 5 years they will be universally considered cringe.

Good point. Maybe then the whole idea of visual art will loose value. And then the coolest thing will be content which has none of it whatsoever. 🤔
