Good luck with the new menu. Has it been a while or do they change it up often?

We change it 4-5 times a year. Spring, summer, tiki, fall, and winter.

We just haven't recently due to scheduling and life events.

Its also hard to put out new creative drinks at a whim. It takes time to research and develop. You can really only do 3 variations of 1 drink a session before it all tastes the same 😅

I hear you. I spent a decade behind the bar and prided myself on coming up with new cocktails. I think I, along with some of my regular customers, enjoyed the R&D the most. Gotta have taste testers.

I'm not gonna lie, I take customers likes and tailor them into a recipe for menus all the time. Popular demand always trumps industry "standards."

Give the people what they want.
