User defines his own dimensions like tags and gives his friends ratings on the 'how much do I trust your ratings' dimension (in politics, in tech). Once I have enough friends rated, I can choose to see a list of posts from only those people I and my friends trust > 9.0/10. etc Without seeing each other's private ratings.
