Up to 2,000 Federal Employees with the U.S. Department of Energy, including upwards of 325 Workers at the Department’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), which oversees and safeguards the United States’ Nuclear Weapons Stockpile, have been laid-off by the Trump Administration; following the arrival last week of several Representatives with Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) at the Agency.
