This post reminds me of the time I met Wim Hof a few months ago.

He has accomplished so much in his life breaking many world records and has built a successful career living a life of purpose and meaning.

He has seven children ranging from age 45 to age 1.

I asked how he balances his thriving career with raising his kids.

His answer?

“Balance? My children give me my power.”

Took me a couple days to think about what he had told me and have it land, but wow what a powerful statement if you think about it. It’s shifted the way I view family creation in a positive way.

When alignment is there with mom and dad, such beauty can take place from what they’re able to build and nurture.
