My heart is with the victims, families, and everyone impacted by the school shooting tragedy at Abundant Life in Madison, WI. It’s hard to put into words the grief and shock so many here are feeling right now.

I registered my daughter there this year but pulled out at the last minute. Many of my employees and co-workers have kids there, have spouses that work there, work there part-time, or are deeply connected to this loss. It’s a pain and horror that feels so close to home.

I’m not sure how to support everyone, but trying my best. At work we’ve arranged for counselors to come on site, and set up posters for messages of love and support for the team, and candles for the vigil tomorrow. These small acts feel so inadequate in the face of such heartbreak, but they’re a way to stand together, to honor, and to remember.

Please hold the victims and their loved ones in your hearts tonight. 🙏🤍
