Haha. My back was much more defined when I was climbing a couple of times a week.

So glad you are loving it. It’s a great, fun workout and gives men in particular the most incredible physiques. Some of the guys at our gym look like anatomical models.

I might be one of those. But in my case looking good in the mirror and pull up bar while still struggling with some v3 bouldering and 11b top rope (not even lead certified yet).
